A B O U T T H I S S U I T E
The Eagle View Suite sits at the west side of the house, with views of the forest and ocean. It's the most sheltered of the four suites — the one that feels most like stepping into the land itself.
The wood-burning fireplace makes evenings feel extra comfortable. The steam shower is better than most spas. The private living area with its large sectional gives you room to decompress without going anywhere.
Eagles nest in the trees directly beyond this suite.

T H E F I R E P L A C E
The Eagle View Suite is the only suite at Villa Sol with a wood-burning fireplace. It changes the quality of an evening entirely — especially in the shoulder seasons, when the coast cools and the light turns golden early.
Firewood is provided. There's nothing to arrange. Just light it, settle into the large sectional couch, and let the evening do the rest.
Some evenings are made for a fire.

The signature feature of the Eagle View Suite. Firewood is provided. The only wood-burning fireplace among the four suites — it changes an evening entirely.

A large sectional couch in its own space — distinct from the sleeping area. The fireplace faces the living area. This is a suite designed for evenings that last.

King Bed or 2 Twin Beds
King bed with quality linens. The sleeping area is separate and private from your living area — positioned with the forest to the north west, with light coming through the floor to ceiling windows.

Thermal Circuit Access
Access to the wellness circuit is included with your stay and shared with all overnight guests. When raised, the hot tub cover creates an added privacy screen between the hot tub and your bedroom.

Steam Shower
A full steam shower in the ensuite — the kind that takes the edge off a long week in a way that most hotel spas charge extra for. Use it before bed, after the sauna, or simply for the ritual of it.

Forest Canopy Setting
The Eagle View Suite sits closest the old-growth canopy. Eagles nest directly above. The trees create a natural sense of enclosure — private, sheltered, and deeply quiet.

The old-growth trees surrounding this suite are active nesting territory for bald eagles. You'll hear their call from the living area, the deck, and often from bed. A detail difficult to replicate.
THE STEAM SHOWER
Better than most spas.
A full steam shower in the ensuite — private, generous, and genuinely restorative. The kind of ritual that changes how you end a day. Use it alone, after the sauna, or as your first rutual of the morning.
The Fireplace
The only wood fire at Villa Sol.
Light it, settle in, let the evening slow down. Firewood is always stocked. The fire is the centrepiece of the Eagle View Suite — and on a cool Sunshine Coast evening, there is nowhere better to be.

The photos do not do this property justice — it’s even MORE beautiful in person. My wife and I were blown away by the incredible view, the spacious pristine rooms and the hot tub/sauna… On the first night in the tub we spotted a group of sea otters right below us that hung out in the cove the entire time. This is such a special place.

Highly recommend...everything was spectacular. We stayed at the Eagle suite, originally booked 2 nights but ended up staying another night. The views from inside the suite and the wrap around decks are truly amazing...felt like we were on a bost. We were greeted by eagles and a family of sea otters within minutes of arrival and our stress melted away after a few hours of soaking up the amazing water views and sunset. Morning hot tub and coffee kicked started day trips and dinners out, but we were more excited to return home each afternoon to sit on the deck and watch the sunset.
