A quieter, longer stay by the sea.

This winter, Villa Sol offers Quiet Residencies: private waterfront stays of 10, 14, 21 or 30 nights for rest, reflection and self-directed renewal. Each residency is in a private suite, with selected common spaces shared among a small number of guests. There is no required programming and no schedule to keep. There's time to settle in, sleep, write, work quietly and spend an extended stretch close to the ocean.

  • Writers, artists and researchers working on a creative project.

  • Founders and remote workers needing a quieter pace.

  • People on sabbatical or between chapters.

  • Couples, family, friends wanting uninterrupted time together.


Initial season November 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. Rates vary by suite and length of stay, and residency requests are reviewed for fit.

An oversized refrigerator keeps your fresh ingredients ready, while two beverage fridges and a dedicated wine fridge ensure your drinks are perfectly chilled.

An espresso machine and an additional coffee pot make mornings effortless, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for culinary creativity—from high-quality cookware to ample prep space. The bar sink and dual built-in dishwashers make entertaining seamless, whether it’s an intimate dinner or a lively gathering.

Designed for both serious chefs and casual cooks, this kitchen is the heart of the home—ideal for preparing fresh coastal meals, hosting friends, or simply enjoying a glass of wine while the ocean breeze drifts in.

Note: For bed-and-breakfast stays, the main kitchen is not included. The gourmet kitchen is available exclusively for full-home rentals, retreats, or brand productions, where it becomes the heart of the gathering experience.
